VALUE Staging
VALUE staging provides vacant home sellers with a small amount
of furnishings strategically placed throughout the home. A few key pieces accentuate and highlight important areas
of the home, along with decor and limited artwork. When you choose the VALUE
staging option, the entire home is not staged and window treatments are excluded. Vacant homes will often have unique
spaces that require special consideration. We will provide a solution and designated purpose, helping
potential buyers envision the unique space. VALUE staging
is often used for accessorizing rooms such as the kitchen, bathroom or an office.
One-time Staging Fee - $425
Rental per month - $150-300
QUALITY Staging
This
option is by far, the most popular choice for vacant home sellers. QUALITY
staging provides the most significant transformation in staging a home for sale. The focus of QUALITY staging is on the areas of the home that are most significant to potential buyers.
The main living areas of the home include the foyer, living room, dining room, family room, kitchen and master bedroom/suite and
are all staged with this option. Unique spaces that need special consideration and a designated purpose are
also addressed. By using furnishings provided by the home seller, inventory owned by Interior Aura, rental furniture,
or a combination thereof, our team will provide QUALITY staging
that will highlight the best features of the home. Accessories, artwork, decor, area rugs and lighting are all
included, however, the entire home is not staged. Window treatments are excluded unless specific arrangements have been
made in advance. QUALITY staging provides potential buyers an opportunity
to envision themselves and their families living in the home.
